Small Hydroelectric Plant “Evinos”

The project refers to the construction and operation of a Small Hydroelectric Project with a diversion Dam on the Evinos River. It is located 4.5 km southeast of Makrynou settlement. The small hydroelectric plant (nominal power 9.60 MW) uses part of the Evinos river runoff, and is constructed for the purpose of producing hydroelectric power that will feed the PPC network.
